Little Easy Breathe is excellent for kids up to 12 for the relief of coughs and congestion due to colds, hay fever and more. In bacteria and virus filled environment, this one is superb in cleaning air as well as breathing channel of your youngsters. 

Little Energy and Focus is perfect for kids when they are down, moody or unpleasant and need a boost to feel energetic and happy. Its citrusy sweet scent also helps kids to remain focus on the tasks in hand. This blend is good for kids to focus on studies, music or sports to improve results. The blend not only will freshen and uplift the kids but also the entire environment.

Little Calming is calming, pleasant and “grounding” that helps to restore a free flow of life energy for kids. It is especially useful when kids have a troubled, worried or agitated mind, hard to put under control…When he or she feels edgy, the kid can sniff on this for 5 minutes and will be all right.

Little Better Sleep relaxes and calms the sympathetic nervous system of the youngsters. When sympathetic nervous system is over-stimulated, agitation and poor sleep can be experienced.

For inhalations: Add 2-4 drops to an essential oil diffuser and diffuse as wish. For kids under 3, put 1 drop to diffuse. 

Diffuse Little Better Sleep Blend in a bedroom throughout the night to improve sleep quality.

Additional:

For applying to the body: for kids under 12, dilute Little Easy Breathe using one part of the Blend to nine parts vegetable oil (10% Little Easy Breathe) down to one part of Blend to nineteen parts vegetable oil (5%) for children under three years of age. You can then apply this diluted blend to kids' upper chest and upper back to help with congestion and infection.

Little Energy and Focus, Little Calming and Little Better Sleep can be used to create a massage oil blend. Use from 4 to 8 drops (about 1.25% - kids under 3 to 2.5% - kids older than 3) added to 10mL of a good quality vegetable oil (like Apricot Oil). It can be used with a relaxation massage application, to the whole body or selected areas. 

For a healing bath: Fill the bath and then add 5 to 8 drops of any one Blend to the bath water.

Mix the surface of the water to make sure it is dispersed.

The essential oils in the bath will penetrate the skin to some degree and the warm bath water helps to evaporate some of the essential oil to release their aroma.

Alternatively, you can also mix in 3 to 5 drops of any Blend to 2mL of a good quality vegetable oil (such as Apricot oil) first and then mix into the bath water.

This method prevents any small risk of skin irritation from undiluted essential oils and adds the benefits of a vegetable oil on skin.
